The Hon’ble Rajasthan RERA in its 13th minutes of meeting has provided a remedy to cancel the registered agreements wherein the homebuyer intentionally fail to pay the consideration amount .

In case of Ashiana Housing Limited vs Dinesh Kumar Upadhyay, we represented the promoter and sought for cancellation. The Hon’ble Court considering the merits of the case has passed a direction to Sub Registrar to cancel the agreement ,as the allottee failed to make payment of consideration amount.
