Through DRT, we have assisted in fast-tracking the recovery of dues by banks and other financial institutions. As an imperative weapon in subsequent years, SARFAESI has allowed us to enforce the security interest without court intervention. Recently, with the implementation of IBC, we've been able to capitalise on this relatively new platform, supporting our clients on matters involving the insolvency process and liquidation of assets.
